The ‘Marcbury Job Academy’ is a new initiative to help the long term unemployed get back into work. There is a greater focus on partnership working - employers and job seekers working together to find new solutions to unemployment.
The ‘Job Academy’ runs like a Recruitment Agency, however there are no fees and all of the candidates have been out of work for a year or more and are desperately seeking employment.
We meet with each candidate and work with them to find the most suitable job roles that best suit their needs.
Employers then visit our web site to select candidates suitable for their vacancies.
Employers get all the backing from experienced Recruitment Consultants who will make sure their selected candidates are suitable for any job positions. The Consultants will arrange interviews, co-ordinate relevant documentation and confirm start dates. They do everything a Recruitment Agency would do, however it is all FREE!
